Excuse me, I starting going to La Jolla cove about 1950. In those days we drove right up to the rock wall and always had a parking place. NOBODY even considered harassing the marine life, let alone the seals.
In one sense I am glad to be all the way across the Pacific so I don't see the harassment, and in another way I want to be there to "harass" the barbarians who are abusing the seals Whatever for?
Let's never forget they were there first!
