Whale Slaughter

PLEASE SHARE THIS TO GET THE WORD OUT!!!

The grind - a tragic slaughter of pilot whales who's peak killing months occur in the summer months in the Faroe Islands is just a month a way..

Each grind begins by locals using their boats to herd hundreds of these defenceless mammals onto a beach where the entire town has come to bear witness to the slaughter of their family...each whale is subjected to hours of extreme stress while they attempt to escape to the open waters, many are injured in the process, in the end the faroese use hooks, knives, & clubs to kill each whale a process they state takes 2 minutes...

What they don't tell you is during this 2 min the whale is bludgeoned with a club, stabbed with a knife several times in order to kill the whale quickly they must reach the main artery.. In that process they must get through several layers of blubber which often takes several minutes and attempts.. All the while the pilot whale screams, cries, and sees what is going on around them to the rest of its pod..

 What do I add?

See you on the water, Ling Yai (Thai for 'Big Monkey') AKA John Caveman Gray
